Data collected

The website collects personal data solely via the contact form:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the subject and content of your message.

This information is not stored in the website’s database: it is sent solely by email to contact@rzdigital.fr.

As with any web server, the hosting provider may temporarily store technical logs (IP address, date, page viewed) for security and operational purposes.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to communicate with you regarding a service. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on the publisher’s legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to it (Article 6 of the GDPR).

Your data is never sold, let or used for unsolicited marketing purposes.

Retention period

• Unresolved enquiry: correspondence is retained for 3 years from the date of the last contact, after which it is deleted.
• Enquiries resulting in a service: correspondence is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for 5 years in accordance with the statutory limitation period.

Recipients and data processors

Your data is intended solely for the website publisher. It is processed by the following technical service providers:

• OVH SAS (France): hosting of the website and email service;
• Cloudinary Ltd.: hosting of images on the website, which, in this capacity, receives visitors’ IP addresses; this service provider may process data outside the European Union, in accordance with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The website does not use any advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. Only cookies strictly necessary for its operation are set, and these do not require your consent:

• theme: remembers the chosen light, dark or system theme for 1 year;
• NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the chosen language for the duration of your visit;
• session cookies for the admin area, reserved for the site editor.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to and request the portability of your data. You may exercise these rights by writing to contact@rzdigital.fr. You will receive a response within one month.

If you feel that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

Communications with the website are encrypted (HTTPS) and measures to protect against automated submissions are in place on the contact form.
